Computers and internet
Every classroom in the school has an interactive whiteboard which allows teachers and students to access the internet to support teaching and learning. Computers for student use are available in each classroom and the library resource centre. Students at the school must abide by the departments policy in relation to use of computers and internet access. Students and parents are required to sign at the beginning of each year the school's Information and Communication Technology agreement.

iPads
iPads are used to support communication and learning at the school. The applications (apps) on an iPad may turn it into a communication tool; a motivational device for learning, practising and/or reinforcing educational concepts and skills. An iPad is not a magic tool that will 'fix' all the communicative and educational needs of students with disability, merely through their use. Consideration must be given to the iPad as a device as well as the range of apps that are available. Consideration must also be given to how the student might carry out the same communication and educational activities if the iPad was not available.
